Default The best scrambled eggs I've ever made

I hate scrambled eggs that have been fried in anything. I prefer to
blend halfhalf into my eggs before scrambling in a nonstick pan.
Anything else simply alters the wonderful taste of eggs. I keep
forgetting to try scrambling eggs in a hot liquid-swear I will try that
this weekend. ps I have never seen pecan oil in the stores here.
