Default Another voice about wheat

One more informed voice about why most of us would benefit from
cutting out or at least cutting way down on wheat in our diets.

I know what cutting it out has done for me.....and most people have no
idea how much better they would feel until they actually try it.

all the arguments about why wheat is 'good' for you are addressed.

I'm with you. We have cut all grains & sugar from our diets and feel
so much better.
I've just gotten back from vacation where we did indulge in some
breaded foods and I don't feel as good as usual.
We had no problem with ordering entrees without the bread, or
tortillas, restaurant staff always complied willingly. It isn't hard
to do. And we feel so much better without the wheat.

There are those.....even here on this board......who poo poo and say
that people who drop wheat are delusional and being taken in by a
fad. Well, they can poo poo all they want. I know what it has done
for me.

How does it affect you? Gluten makes my DIL's eczema flare up and her
joints hurt.
