Hi Depends on what I am making. Generally I cut an onion in 1/2. First top to bottom. Put one whole 1/2 in the refrig for later use. Chop off top tip and bottom tip and then slice length wise and then cross wise. Makes a nice diced 1/2 onion. :-) |
