Correct,
In addition, there are some community gardens that people do not know
about, "Like Above Cannot Advertise", Some Master Gardener Volunteer
Associations, Churches and even Public Schools maintain vegetable gardens
that the public is welcome to pick the harvest for free. I have seen a few
of these gardens go to waste because the public does not know about them.
To find them one could try and call their local Gardeners Association.
