Some of it fortified with tonka bean extract, and may actually contain no real vanilla at all. You also don't know what solvents it might have in it. If you can find bulk vanilla beans in Mexico, by all means get some! I have seen some kind-of cheap Mexican vanilla extract in one of the stores locally (I think it was Wal-mart, or maybe it was Cub) and I was tempted to try it. Best regards, Bob |
