Cake Glaze Question

If it is too thick, add more juice. If it is too thin, add more sugar - could be quite a bit. The temperature of your kitchen as well as the humidity will factor in. We live in probably the humidity capital of the universe. Some things shouldn't even be attempted except on rare dry days but we do anyway. Polly |

It sets up because milk contains some fat... for a thicker glaze use cream. |
