I hate banana bread too. But that comes as no surprise because I don't much

LOL! Okay, here's a no banana version

Beer Bread Recipe

3 cups Self Rising flour
3 Tablespoons sugar
1-12 oz can of beer
1 Teaspoon salt
¼ c butter, melted

Mix ingredients together and pour into a 9-x-5-x-3-inch loaf pan.

Melt ¼ c butter and pour over the batter.

Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until a tester comes out clean.
