people's kitchens, but it would drive me crazy it I had to look at it

The steak has a great pink edge to edge with no grey band and it has a great
char on the surface.
1. How'd do it? What kind of grill, how long, etc.
2 What kind of meat?
The rest of the plate looks great, and I'm sure it tasted so.
