Whenever I make restaurant reservations through opentable.com, the
reservation is in the name of "James Bond." Just a bit of fun, though last
time I mentioned it here, several people disapproved. As Pussy writes, they
don't need your real name; they're only using it as a place-holder.

maybe you could do a reverse head-fake of some of the restaurant reviewers
who wear disguises and use their names.
