Default So what's wrong with this recipe?

Chocolate cake:
1 1/2 cups cake flour (168 grams)
1/2 cup cocoa (41 grams)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 tablespoons butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 350°. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder, and
salt; set aside. Cream butter and sugar together until light and
fluffy. STIR in eggs, one at a time, until thoroughly combined. Stir
in vanilla. Stir in 1/3 the dry ingredients and then half the water.
Stir in half the remaining dry ingredients and then the rest of the
water. Stir in the remaining dry ingredients. Pur into two 8-inch
greased and floured cake pans. Bake 30-35 minutes or until a
toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool 5 to 10
minutes before removing the cakes from the pans.
