I have a question about banana bread. I don't like to eat fully ripened
bananas but I've always been able to use them in cooking. Would fully
ripe bananas be best for banana bread?

I've always found overripe bananas to be best/better for banana
bread. LOTS of sugar and flavor in them and being overripe they're
soft and blend quite easily.
