I used to visit the doctor annually up until a couple of years ago but, when I retired, thought it best to bump it up to twice a year. If visiting the doctor for any other reason, he always brings out the BP testing gear and has a look. Only once has it ever been up above my normal range and that was on account of a particularly harrowing week at work. That, I might add, was when I thought it prudent to drop from full time at work to a day or two a week as a consultant. Krypsis |
