"Left" after what?

Do you mean what raw food can be cooked in under 5 minutes? That
excludes any larger piece of meat, like a chicken or a roast, and also
any slow-cooked combination like soups or stews. A hamburger patty or
a thin chop might cook in 5 minutes. Most baked goods take longer than
5 minutes to cook. You can fry a tortilla in a few seconds. A grilled
cheese sandwich takes about 5 minutes for both sides. Scrambled eggs
cook in under a minute. Many veg can be steamed, boiled, or sauted for
a very few minutes to render them 'cooked' and edible.

If you mean prep time, it takes less than 5 minutes to heave a chicken
into a roasting pan and put it in the oven. Or a potato for baking.
Many long/slow cooked dishes can be assembled in less than 5 minutes,
and left alone for the appropriate cooking time.

If you mean "how can I eat like a normal person with regular cooked
meals and not spend more than 5 minutes on prep and cooking?" just
nuke a TV dinner.
