So what's stopping you from letting it cool down before you shove it in
your maw? Just like you'd do with any food cooked from scratch.

Actually there are some frozen meals that are pretty good. Amy's and
Weight Watchers are two brands I like.

Again, if you're too stupid that you keep shoveling scalding food in to
your mouth...well.. no one can help ya there...

No. Not purchased routinely perhaps, but I don't need a Nanny-State
governing my food choices.

Probably not. One has to be motivated not just left with no options.

a lot of perfectly good food is fattening. Over-eating and under
exercising are the culprits for many.

Salt and fat (the two items you mentioned above) are perfectly natural.
