That's exactly the reason why one should *always* boil the noodles at least
a couple of minutes, totally ignoring what the box says about "no pre
cooking needed" and other BS as that.
If one precooks the noodles and gets dry lasagna anyway, then there's an
issue with the quantity and/or thickness of the sauce.
