Two good-sized slices of Chinese roasted pork with stir-fried bean sprouts
and eggs. The stir-fry was seasoned with soy sauce and orange juice. I had
barely-warm Lapsang Souchong tea to drink.

I ate crepes made from a new recipe. I didn't like them very much, so I
think I'll go back to my old one. I am working on a new antipasto recipe I
ate in Puglia last week, which consists of crepes with various grated
cheeses over them, rolled, cut into 1" lengths and baked with a little
bechamel/besciamella until blazing hot. Puglia is the queen of antipasto.

I make crèpes using a 50-50 mixture of organic oat flour and organic light
buckwheat flour. You have to cook them at a slightly lower temperature
than wheat crèpes.

Four sharp white cheddar cheese slices on Kavli crisp bread with a few glugs
of milk. :9

My usual morning protein fix..... fried eggs, ham and cheese and two cups of
coffee.

You would think I'd get tired of this but I don't.

A multi-grain bagel from Einstein Bagels. Toasted and half spread with honey
walnut low-fat cream cheese and the other half spread with vegi low-fat ream
cheese. A sliced peach, and 2 cups of 8 O'clock French Roast coffee.

Toast with chunky peanut butter & strawberry preserves. I have that a
couple of times during the week.

About a cup or so of braised mixed chicken hearts and gizzards re-heated
with about 1/4 cup of marinara sauce and an oz. of butter.

And one dill pickle.

Leftover, but re-heated, fried chicken gizzards, and an ice cold Guiness
Extra Stout.

Gah, glad I wasn't around for the resulting breath and farts.
