Country style ribs, browned and seasoned with some Mrs. Dash and
somebody's BBQ rub blend. I made the sauce from a cup of sour cherries, pureed with a chipotle in some adobo sauce, a little ketchup, a leetle bit of honey mustard (because I felt like it, that's why), and a little vinegar to rinse out the cup. Simmered for an hour and a half or so. Served with mixed fruits, corn on the cob, and fresh-cooked green beans. It was pretty good. -- -Barb, Mother Superior, HOSSSPoJ http://web.me.com/barbschaller - Yes, I Can! blog - check it out. I will imagine I was at your dinner table instead of my often steak, baked spud with butter and sour cream, plus fresh steamed broccoli. Such is my choice a few times each week, but I'd love trading with you! ....JeanineAlyse, the picky one |

Convection oven, little to no heat out-pouring, plus a bit faster. I've never cared much for peppers-anything, but your yardbird cacciatore sure could tempt! ....Picky |
