Default Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Guides.

Hello All!

I usually get a copy of their appropriate regional guide but have you
seen their sushi guide? It's new to me.

http://www.montereybayaquarium.org/c.../download.aspx

I'm not too concerned about most on their "Avoid" list except for
octopus, which I have to admit I like a lot and King Crab, which is
recommended in regular seafood listings. Oh! I see it's imported King
Crab they are worried about, but how do you tell at a sushi bar?
