Default Monterey Aquarium Fish List

Here is the URL for the Monterey aquarium lisst of fishes and which are OK
to eat and which endangered. Got i from my son the biologist.

Yay! That's what I had for dinner last night and will have for lunch
today. I baked it at 325F for about 25 minutes with a (fairly thick)
topping consisting of diced fresh tomatoes, minced scallions, minced
colored peppers, a little of the mixed mushrooms I'll have the rest of
in a day or two, salt, pepper, and a little dried lemon grass. For a
veg I had sauteed zucchini with minced red onion. YUM!
