Followed this to the letter with the exception
of species used a Nice big FRESH not frozen King fish arrived
was 30 minutes old thanks to a mate that flew in last afternoon
and offered fish as swap for a stay over

Being an ex South African had the foresight to bring a
nice white by Ken Forrester which he said is a well known wine
( I had never heard of it ) But one word SUPERB (IMO)

But I rate that recipe pretty highly is a delineate do again
