A simple washing of the rind of the lemon obviates any problems, the same as washing any other fruit or veg. It's not a problem. |

Sweetened with Splenda they make aa decent lemonaid. I can buy them for $1.69 at Kroger, but much cheaper at the Commissary (I just don't recall how much now). I buy a dozen at a time and pack 'em into the refrigerator. |

The frozen juices tend to have fewer preservatives in them than the bottled sort. |
