You know I've been getting alot of spam lately, and I've started
sending a welcome to the recipe list, per you prefences we will send
you the recipes requested in a zip file. Then I send them about
75,000 zipped ( about 10 megs)

Sure stops the spam quick, and the unsubscribe requests are hilarious.
