Today is a busy day so Dinner needs to be easy - In addition the upper spray
bar of the DW broke - part on the way. Ergo anything that can be served on
Paper is welcome.

Dinner

Sautéed ground chicken with TJ'S roasted yellow corn , onion and diced
Jalapenos,

Served over a giant plate of home made corn tortilla chips fried in 1/2 lard
1/2 Veg oil.

Smothered in fresh grated cheddar cheese

Zapped to melt the cheese.

Sides Fresh Pico De Gallo (minced this time) Fresh Salsa, diced tomatoes, &
a simple chunky Guacamole of Avocado & Mexican Lime. ( I like the avocado
flavor don't need all that other crap (filler)

Of course the Mandatory Margaritas or Corona or Dos Equis dark.
