Default The problem with cooking shows

I notice all cooking shows suffer for the following three ailments:

- Recipes dominated with unhealthy ingredients like butter, cream,
lard etc.
- Recipes require exotic ingredients and spices. These are things that
require you to buy a whole jar of but you only need a sprinkle of in
the recipe.
- Recipe has many time-consuming and laborious steps.

Maybe I am unique but when I cook want to use healthy and readily
available ingredients. I also want to make things fast, don't want to
spend hours cooking one meal. Are there any good websites that cater
to my style of cooking?
