Back to normal: 1 cup Monday berry cereal, tea with milk, small
banana.

Gonna be grommeting today, for 12th night costumes.

Is pasta a usual breakfast in Italy? Your dessert is one of my usual
daily pleasures. The more fruits the better!

Not at all. Italians eat sweets for breakfast, even chocolate cereal. That
gives me a sugar low after a couple of hours, so I often eat dinner for
breakfast, or something I've worked on for the book or the blog. Ergo
macedonia do frutta, which today is pineapple, apple, strawberries, Red
Flame grapes, kiwi, oranges and banana. I'm tired of tiramisu and trying to
convince Italy to return to the great fruit dessert.

Italians in Italian hotels seem to have a tiny cup of coffee and
little else. Especially the men who arrive late, I assume due to doing
their hair.

Have you ever tried putting a very little of wine vinegar in macedonia and
let it rest some hours in the fridge? It gets wonderful

Oh! You are back to being good. I am not. Is anxiety a good
excuse? Answering self: no, not if I am using it as an excuse to
eat things that aren't nutritious/beneficial.

Steak with a tiny squiggle of Heinz 57 sauce, two fried eggs, an English
muffin, and a big glass of pineapple-orange juice.

I thought it was "Good Morning Starshine" (Oliver)... showing my age
now.

Anyway...Post Raisin Bran with 1% milk, because I didn't have time to
make the steel-cut oats. One multivitamin, one Lotrel for high BP,
one mini aspirin.

I dunno what's so anymore. That's probably something you should discuss with
