Is pasta a usual breakfast in Italy? Your dessert is one of my usualdaily
pleasures. The more fruits the better!

Not at all. Italians eat sweets for breakfast, even chocolate cereal. That
gives me a sugar low after a couple of hours, so I often eat dinner for
breakfast, or something I've worked on for the book or the blog. Ergo
macedonia do frutta, which today is pineapple, apple, strawberries, Red
Flame grapes, kiwi, oranges and banana. I'm tired of tiramisu and trying to
convince Italy to return to the great fruit dessert.
