Of all the kitchen gadgets that I have, only one really stands out, my remote meat thermometer. When roast or bird and oven is ready in goes the probe, attached wire is lead out of the oven, oven door closed, wire attached to control unit, alarm set, and until meat is done, and the alarm goes off (on?) the oven door stays closed. The meat? Perfect, every time. WalMart, $15.00. gene |
