I take mine every morning, 365 days a year. However, none of mine are that
big.

How about the chewable calcium caramel-like things they have for women. They
have a lot of calcium and are real tasty. I've also seen powdered calcium
that you stir into water or milk somewhere (Metamucil like stuff). There are
also chewables, like Tums that are calcium.

Either way, taking 5 pills of a smaller size if fine as well too. Specially
if the combined dose is at least as much as the big ones. They might not
even be more expensive that way as smaller dose pills are usually a lot
cheaper.
