Welcome! I didnt know you were diabetic when I pulled those, but most are
diabetic acceptable. I'd skipped the ones with pasta pretty much as you
looked to be looking for something else to do with it ;-)

Remind me next time you have a query on an ingredient, to make the
selections also 'diabetic acceptable' (which means to also account for
starches for most diabetics).

That's key for me...most starches are bad for me. I can tolerate brown
rice better than white and am contemplating trying rice pudding with
it...lol.... I love macaroni salad and it's a family favourite in the summer
months. Last summer I made the salad with whole wheat pasta and didn't like
it. Lots of concessions with this condition...thanks again....Sharon
