I made the first iteration of a green chile crustless quiche (aka frittata). I should have followed the basic egg to dairy ratio, because the texture was rather thin. Also, this was surprisingly lacking in flavor. I don't know whether I will tinker with it or not. Also 3 cups of cafe au lait and 1 square of dark chocolate. -- Jean B. |
