I just had grilled ground beef again with a big pile of raw baby spinach
leaves. ;-) I know it's getting tedious, but I'm hooked on that combo
right now for some reason, and it's helping me lose weight. <g>

Om,

I don't know about "raw" but I'm all in favor of spinach! A big pile cooks
down to next to nothing in no time! YUM!

Best,

Andy

For some reason, I've been craving it raw. And it "digests" better for
me if you know what I mean...

Om,,

I'd absolutely breakfast, lunch and dinner you with my all-time-favorite
tomato, spinach and cheese omelet!

Cool! That's not tedious.

I had Baja Fresh for lunch, I have been there a couple of
times recently. I like that place. Last time I had fish tacos,
this time I had a steak burrito. Tasty, and I like those salsas
and hot sauces they have on a bar.

I've just been eating it almost every day now for awhile. <g> Along with
clearing out all the other beef (steaks) out of the freezer that I've
been needing to use before they get freezer burned.

Sounds wonderful. I've been wanting mexican for awhile now, so need to
come up with something home made and low carb to satisfy it. I'm
thinking I can do that with stuffed cabbage leaves, enchilada style.

there's a baja fresh near me, and i pop in once a week or so. good food,
good price, and they usually have a mango salsa that is quite tasty with
their chips. nice people, too.

[stolen from beer ad]

TASTES GOOD!

NO, LESS FILLING!

NO, TASTES GOOD!

Have you ever tried a Joe's Special? Hamburger, eggs and spinach, all
cooked together. It's very good.

That would work. :-) I've just been finding that cooking this baby
spinach ends up giving me cramps if I eat as much of it as I've been
consuming raw. It's kinda weird as you'd think the opposite would be
true!
