As my partner was called out to a road accident I only had about 20
minutes to cook him breakfast. He loved them Ingredients: half cup of flour 3/4 cup milk 2 eggs I Sifted flour into a bowl Lightly beat the eggs and stir them into the flour until the mix is smooth. Slowly add milk and stir untill a nice smooth batter. Leave the mix for 30 min. Heat a pan and grease well. Have hotplate on medium. Pour a couple of tablespoons of mixture in and swirl it to make it round. When it bubbles a bit on top, flip. Cook reverse side, remove. stack cooked ones on a plate as to stay warm. They were thin like crepes and sweet. Sam liked them with sugar. |
