Are they Kipfler potatoes?

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm :-)

Bugger!! You've just reminded me that I'm hungry!!

I like the square plate too :-)

We had steak sandwiches for dinner last night.... I took some rump,
marinated it in EVOO and seasonings and stuck them in ziploc bags for
about 3 days. Took them out and trimmed off all the fat and beat them with
a (full) wine bottle till they were wafer thin, then seared in a red hot
frypan. They went onto toasted wholemeal bread, with some green pawpaw and
ginger chutney, some sliced tomatos and cucumber, green leaf lettuce mix,
and some grated Grana Padano.

The (cold) leftover steak I sliced into pieces like yours and let them sit
in the juices from when they were hot, and made up a salad and stuck it
all in a lunch box for the SO's lunch today.

So what am *I* going to have for lunch?? Probably a Cup o' Soup, because I
couldn't be arsed making anything for myself :-)
