![]() I had some leftover rib eye steak. I rubbed some fingerling potatoes and garlic with some oil, sprinkled on a little salt and roasted them. I reheated thin slices of the steak in some cheater gravy that was made with better than bouillon. Added a little salad and some Zinfandel, I had a tasty easy meal. http://i44.tinypic.com/2qmdt75.jpg Right now some spareribs and sauerkraut are simmering on the stove. Yummoooo. The house smells so good. koko -- There is no love more sincere than the love of food George Bernard Shaw www.kokoscorner.typepad.com updated 02/01 |
