Default Leftovers last night

I had some leftover rib eye steak. I rubbed some fingerling potatoes
and garlic with some oil, sprinkled on a little salt and roasted them.
I reheated thin slices of the steak in some cheater gravy that was
made with better than bouillon. Added a little salad and some
Zinfandel, I had a tasty easy meal.

Right now some spareribs and sauerkraut are simmering on the stove.
Yummoooo. The house smells so good.

You might want to seek out the Chinese dish called "Water Boiled Beef."

Tasty stuff.
