Hmmmmmmm, can't get my head around pork being cooked in water.
Last time I had *any* meat cooked in water was a looooooooooooooong time ago.
I think that put me off for life :-)
Two Survival Courses way back in the 80's, one semi arid desert, the other in
the jungle... we were taught that you *could* eat roadkill (roo) that had
been on the side of the road for 2 weeks, and a monkey that had been shot and
left in a tree for 2 weeks, as well.
Boil the meat once and eat your fill. You can carry a bit of the meat for the
next day or so and eat it cold, but *NEVER* boil it again..... otherwise
it'll kill you.
I think I'd bake/grill my pork ribs :-)

Claussens is good for your digestion, as well!!

I'm heading down the shop now to see what sorts they have.
The video got me going, cause we're going to be having a 'hotdog' night soon
with some friends coming over, so I might just suprise the hell out of them
and instead of the usual hotdog condiments, I'll be putting 'kraut on them
:-)
Failing the shops not having any, or any decent brands (I'll look for
something made in Germany!!)...... I have a German friend who I might just
hit up for some fresh made stuff.
