mimicry/emulation as the most sincere form of flattery.

That seems kind of harsh! I know that Valentine's Day is a difficult
occasion when you don't have someone special in your life, but don't shoot
the messenger! If you allow your loneliness to make you lash out bitterly at
others, you'll *never* find the man you want to fill that empty cavity
inside you.
