Default Pectin in pears, compared to quinces?

Please, is there a table where we can see the amount of pectin in
fruits ? Nutritiondata.com and calorieking.com list many
ingredients, but there is not a word about pectin.

Recently I ate "quince cheese" made of pears. A real quince cheese
and jelly made of quinces do not require any additional pectin,
since quince contain significant amount of pectin just as citruces
and apples.
Since pears do not contain as much pectin as quinces (I just don't
know how much exactly) I would like to know how much pectine I have to
add
in mashed pears in order to get a hard jello, or so called quince
cheese.

Thank you.

Check in rec.food.preserving. It has been talked about there but I
don't remember where the table is.
