Default Freezing fish

We usually go to the local fish "market" ( http://www.hillsseafood.com/
) and buy fish to eat that night or the next. Then we do our regular
shopping, eat the rest of the week and next thing we know - oops! it's
been 2 weeks since we've had fish! I'd like to have it at least twice
a week.

So I'm thinking of buying a bunch of filets (mostly tilapia since its
safer for our son, and then some catfish, salmon, salmon steaks -
nothing farmed though) and freezing it all.

I'm assuming this ok - but just want to make sure in case certain fish
cannot be frozen.

Thansk as always!
Paul

P.S. I have been using the Reynolds air lock thingie and bags that
thing works great!
