Default Seeking recommendation on Best Panini maker for bang for the buck

Hi,

I am looking to buy something not terribly expensive and that doesn't
have to make more than just paninis. Can't figure out why people
online are criticizing machines called panini makers for not making
more than paninis!

Anyway, benes for me would be easy to clean, temperature control and
durable/well-made.

Any suggestions? Scott

Two cast iron pans, one brick. It's traditional.
