First I browned pork loin chops in some garlic flavored butter and
grapeseed oil. I used 1 clove of garlic that I reserved after the oil
and butter were flavored.

Took chops out of pan and deglazed with white wine and added dried
cherries and the garlic I used the flavor the oil.

Added the chops back to the pan, uncovered to finish cooking while the
sauce was reducing.

Pork chops were almost finished so they were taken out of pan and
covered with foil. Cranked up the heat and reduced the sauce.

Once the sauce was reduced enough I added a blob, yes blob is a
cooking term, of butter.

The finished sauce.

Pork chop plated with sauce and some asparagus that was broiled with
just a little olive oil.
