Default Taylor's Pork Roll

The recent thread on Taylor's Pork Roll got me curious so I went out and
forked over 9 bucks for a 1# roll. (this is in Calif.) Not a ham but
more like a bland salami. It's slightly smoky and has that lactic acid
tang like salami. It's pretty good but at that price it won't become a
habit. It's distributed here by Boar's Head which tends to overcharge
for their brand.
