Default Frozen food q

Hi

I made some cereal bars, and the freezer gets them to -18C no problem,
but theyre not frozen solid. Are they safe to store long term if at
-18 but not frozen?

These arent dry bars, they contain orange jiuce, and would not keep at
room temp.

Thanks, NT

Any alcohol in those cereal bars? Orange juice would certainly freeze at
that temp.

hehe, no, the OJ was combined with dried currants and apricots, so its
all pretty concentrated. Antifreeze bars.
