I don't worry about salt. The one time I did buy those no salt added canned
veggies I just would up adding salt to them They cost more, too.

Actually, they are the same price here and have a better (firmer)
texture and sweeter flavor! The full salt ones tend to be mushy.

Even if I add salt to them, they really are better!

Yabbut.... I rarely buy canned vegetables. I keep some on hand in case
there's a storm and the power goes out for an extended period of time.
That's about it.

I totally understand. ;-)
We use mostly fresh and fresh frozen here, but I'm just trying to pass
on a "treasure".

The no salt added canned really are drastically better! At least to
me... but they are the same price here now for the most part, especially
the store brand.
