Default Cinnamon brands and types to use.

I'd like to cut out more of my sugar intake and use more cinnamon in
my food and coffee. Is there a brand or type {powder or sticks} which
someone could recommend? I use a store brand now. Also, what is an
acceptable amount to use each day without using too much. Many thanks.
