Default Salmon Scampi

Thought I'd share, it was pretty good, but I find the angel hair is
hard to toss, and it works better with penne or something like that.

Scampi is actually a Norwegian lobster, not a shrimp.

The word "scampi" is often construed as that style of preparation, not
an ingredient, hence the seemingly redundant "shrimp scampi" or the
seemingly impossible "chicken scampi".
