Default a couple questions

first: any idea where i can get *real* brown sugar, as opposed
to the stuff Domino sells that appears to be white sugar with
molasses added back in?
and second, i was going to make assorted chocolate truffles
for holiday gifts this year. since i want to make at least 4-6
flavors, i want to do this over a few weeks. how well would
they freeze, or is there a better way to store them? i have 3
freezers & 2 refrigerators available, so i do have some
control over temperatures...
