Default Hot dog/chili burrito

Problem: Too much leftover chili and I was tired of it.

Experiment: Put hot-dog in center of burrito aized tortilla. Spoon some
chili along both sides. Fold tortilla. Brown in frying pan.

Verdict: Not bad. I'll do it again today.

This reminds me of the Kosher Burrito, a bygone food stand across the
street from L.A. City Hall. It's namesake dish was a large flour
tortilla wrapped around pastrami with chili and beans. And a slice of
pickle, I think. Tasty enough to have more than once, but a waste of
pastrami when you get right down to it. -aem

--------------------------------------------------------- Chili dog
burrito was one of my favorites when I didn"t feel like fixing dinner
but it's a thing in the past now being on the diabetic program.

I sure do miss them.

That sounds disgusting. I'll take 3, please, and a cream soda.
