Problem: Too much leftover chili and I was tired of it.

Experiment: Put hot-dog in center of burrito aized tortilla. Spoon some
chili along both sides. Fold tortilla. Brown in frying pan.

Verdict: Not bad. I'll do it again today.

This reminds me of the Kosher Burrito, a bygone food stand across the
street from L.A. City Hall. It's namesake dish was a large flour
tortilla wrapped around pastrami with chili and beans. And a slice of
pickle, I think. Tasty enough to have more than once, but a waste of
pastrami when you get right down to it. -aem

but it's a thing in the past now being on the diabetic program.

I'd never heard of them before today. Miguel & Buddy wanted
chili dogs this week; maybe we'll try the above instead. They'll
want to add grated cheddar and raw onion as well, thanks for the
suggestion... :-)

Put two dogs in, add some salsa and/or jalapenos to all the above and
you have Double Dogs of Death Burrito.

Heh!! Great idea, and I'm sure the name will appeal to Buddy,
his being a 9-year-old Darth Vader fan... :-)
