Default Need Basic Management Structure For Catering Service

I was wondering if anyone would be able to point me in the direction of
a basic management structure for the catering industry. I am trying to
do a school project and need to make sure I don't leave out any
important factors. If anyone could help me out that would be awsome!!!
Thanks, Ken
