Default The sprouts were a hit!

The lentils and spicy mix with radish were done first. I made a tuna salad
for lunch dressed with a small amount of Annie's Naturals French dressing
and some finely chopped cucumber, celery, red onion, parsley, salt and
pepper. I had dental work done today and wanted some soft food for after.
Since the sprouts were ready, I put a bit of them on top for garnish, but I
liked them so well, I kept going back for more. Really yummy!

The lentils remind me of refried beans in taste. I will have them tomorrow
with the lemon, olive oil and green onion.

Angela loves the peas and wants them for lunch tomorrow. She was eating
them like popcorn.

I'm going to try another variety of pea tonight and also some chickpeas.
