I really wish the author had not referred to them as string beans. Yes, you
can still grow those but what are available at the grocery store today are not string beans. And I'll bet most restaurants don't serve them either. Here's the link: http://ezinearticles.com/?How-String...ore&id=5327996 It says that arginine is responsible for lowering BG. Many years ago when I lost the 30 pounds I was taking L Arginine and L Ornithine. I can't remember the proportions now but I do know that on the weeks I couldn't afford to take the supplements, I lost no weight. Perhaps I should take them again now? Not that I really need any more supplements. |
